Academics – Improved GPA
Students who have shown determination and growth by improving their academic performance. Honorees have raised their GPA to a minimum of 2.0 through consistent effort and focus.

Academics – GPA 3.5+
Students who have achieved academic excellence by maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher. These honorees exemplify focus, consistency, and a commitment to scholarship.

African American History Awareness
Students who have taken meaningful steps to understand and celebrate African American history and heritage—building a foundation of cultural pride and social awareness.

Fine Arts / Talent
Students who have enriched their school or community through the arts. Honorees have shown talent and commitment in areas such as visual arts, music, dance, poetry, theater, comedy, or performance.

Leadership / Civic Involvement
Students who have demonstrated leadership through school, church, or community involvement. Honorees may have led or organized clubs, groups, or events, or actively participated in student councils and civic activities.

Spiritual Consciousness
Students whose presence uplifts and inspires those around them. Honorees demonstrate empathy, positivity, and a spirit of encouragement that strengthens their community.

Student Athlete (3.0+ GPA)
Student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence both on and off the field. Honorees have competed in school sports while maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.
